I hav done B.tech in Mechanical Engg. and now working in MNC. I want to study in canada. I want to know should i go for PG diploma or MBA ??

I have passed B.tech in 2011 and currently worling with Leading food MNC from last 10 months as Production officer. i want to study in Canada and confused between PG diploma and MBA or should i gain some more experience. ???

Both MBA & PGDBM are more or less the same as far as management studies is concerned. You first select the university for managment course and take whatever degree they give. The education and the name of institute is more important than the name of the degree.
