Hi SHADMA, Since you have an M.Phil you are exempted from writing NET for doing PHD.You can do your doctoral studies from university of your choice and can have the same topic which you have in M.Phil. You can actually do from TGOU or from any univy which has good guides and lab. CCMB hyd is famous
