Dear Pratiksha, Hi. Sorry for the late replay . since you have completed your 12th... so you can get admission in Bsc. Masscomm. course. let me know, have you already stopped BBA. if so then still you can join Bsc. Mass Comm this year it self. whatever you have missed that will be recovered.
