Hi, Choice is yours. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for M.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assist
