i hav done my diploma pediatrics and want to do masters or diploma or fellowship in pediatrics or neonatology abroad for short period

hey im dr pooja.done my diploma child health and working at NICU.i want to do some diploma/masters corses or fellowship in pediatrics or neonatology abroad.i dont want to settle but jst gain some knowledge and certificate courses.im looking forward for neonatolgy or pediatric practise.pls guide me.?
