i hav done my engg with mechanical branch. doing a job in mnc. wht to do study more or switch job

i'm working on a production profile ..not doing that technical stuff and salary package is also low. about my interests i like bikes riding travelling is my passion .i have travelled a lot . i'm not satisfied with my job .
