i hav got 52% in 12th in 2007 bt in yr 2008 i gav improvement xm n got 66%.do it is considered as yr gap or regular for engg, placemnt xm?

i m student of annamalai university 3rd year pass out..For placement xm most the companies they give a criteria that no year gap through out..so my result is considered for year gap or a regular studnt??can i apply for no year gap requiring engineering student recruting companies??
