Hi,
Yes, you may surely pursue MBBS from Ukraine, however please remember after completing your MBBS from Ukraine, you need to clear MCI test, in order to to be eligible to practice medicine in India.
Unless and until you clear this exam you will not be allowed to practice medicine in India.
