I hav only 52% in MBA(HRM) which i have done in distance mode.pls let me know the UGC Recognised Univs which i hav eligibility for Phd.

I have checked for Ignou but eligilibility for this is 55%.so pls let me know any other universities which i can join for management subject in Phd either in regular mode or distance mode for 2011.im trying for this since Jan'11,but couldnot get the way for this.Pls help me out in this regard.
