I hav scored 71 percentile in cat and i come under sc category! Am i eligible? What is the admission process?

  • Dear Amrish,
    The eligibility criteria for SC candidates is to have passed the qualifying degree examination. So if you have passed your under-graduation, you are eligible to apply.
    The CAT score will be taken into account during the selection process. Last year the cut-off for SC category stood at 78.71. However, this may subject to vary year to year owing to changes in CAT pattern and FMS selection criteria.

    Hello Amrish,
    FMS will release its cutoff and the shortlist for the students selected for the further process, till then you will have to wait.
    For the further process, FMS conducts extempore and personal interview for each candidate shortlisted. A final merit list is then prepared on the basis of which the students are offered admissions.
