Yes you are eligible for AME if you have 50 % in PCM.

try for HAL only it is there in delhi and bengaluru

If you have good score in with them.AIEEE or CET then you will get admission. In Maharashtra Lokmanya Tilak Engg College in Nagpur conducts Aeronautical Engg. Check out details
