i hav scored just 68%in class 12th will i be able to get admitted in any eng college ?

but i scord 71% in physics , 61% in chemistry, 42%in maths will i be able to get admitted in any eng college ? plz help me. all my life i just wanted to become a n engineer plz help me where can i get admitted ? hoiw much will the fees be ? where is it ?
