I hav secured 77 % marks in my ISC exams this year , what course of studies should I follow in order to appear for the UPSC exams ?

Hi Sumit,
First of all you need to complete your graduation to appear for UPSC Examination as the eligibility to appear for that is a recognized Graduate degree. As far as choosing the subjects are concerned in UPSC Examination you should always choose the subjects which you are comfortable with as

It is your choice to select subject because in UPSC, there is no restriction on selection of any subject.
