I hav studied eng for 1 year in my graduation (b.com) and opted eng as a teaching subject in B.Ed so can i take tgt eng?

I am b.com graduate with first division marks an have done b.ed from mdu with first division marks n my teaching subjects are english n commerce. i hav qualified ctet exam with 60% marks so can i teach tgt eng in private as well as govt. schools in delhi?
