i hava complete the B.E. in mechanical brance then i want to M.TECH so please suggest me in which college , branch

for take admission in good Mtech college you can give GATE exam. if you have valid GATE score then you can also get scholarship during the Mtech program

if you are qualified in GATE then you can opt for IIT else there is spot councelling round in NIIT in which you can apply after june. OR you can apply in MMU mullana last date30may, Thapar patiala lastdate4june. some niits still taking entrance test for this.
