Hello Akhil Karatt Chali, you have obtained reasonably good OBC NCL rank of about 10000. Considering the total number of seats offered by NIT, GFTI etc. the reservation for OBC NCL at 27% of the seats allows us to a conclusion that getting a seat in CSE is quite tough. To help guess with the reasonable degree of accuracy Shiksha has come out with a software called rank college predictor.
