I have 108 no in JEE main,95% in ISC and 22980 rank in UPTU.Which best college i will get in JEE / UPTU .? Please guide

I can get admission in SRM NCR (18650 rank) but i can quit if i will get govt or any other reputed college.I interested in Cyber security in future or software devlopment.
