I have 10th-75%, 12th-58% & if I do well in CAT & prepare for GD-PI will I be able to convert FMS? I am currently in 1st year of graduation.

Considering your profile, you will be losing 6 marks with these academic details and to be frank, it is somewhat difficult to get into FMS, Delhi unless you have some added advantage such as girl, where FMS gives extra 3 marks or reservation advantage.
