i have 10th 86% now how i get diploma.

i try in bandra gpvernment diploama application. But i don't know to fill 2nd list. This Year i wan't addmission in civil Engineering. But How.

Complete +2 PCM, Crack State level/ All India level entrance examinations such as AIEEE/ IIT-JEE etc. and get a good score to apply for B Tech programmes. A B Tech would be better than a Diploma. But if you are really satisfied with a Diploma, you can approach your nearest Polytechnic College fo
