I have 11526 SC rank and 195203 general rank in JEE Mains. Can I get admission for CSE or IT in any NIT or IIIT?

Top 4000 to 5000
For general category in any NIT, and for top NITs needs 3 digit rank atleast. Below 5000, it is hard to get CSE in any NIT (lower also), but can get after few rounds of JoSAA counselling.
