12 years work experience with last 2 years in Managerial Post. Scores are 10th- 73%, 12th- 63%, B.Sc- 62%. I also have an academic gap between 12th and B.Sc. I have been constantly working since my 12th and could complete my graduation from IGNOU. Is there a chance for me?
