I have 120 marks in NEET & I belong to BC-E category. Can I get admission for MBBS in any government college?

<div dir="ltr"><p>Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to get admission for MBBS in any government college with 120 marks in NEET and belonging to the BC-E category. The cutoff marks for MBBS in government colleges are usually much higher than 120 marks.</p><p>For example, the cutoff marks for MBBS in government colleges in Maharashtra for the 2022-23 academic year were as follows:</p><div><div><div><div><table><tbody><tr><th>Category</th><th>Cut-Off Marks</th></tr><tr><td>General</td><td>550</td></tr><tr><td>OBC</td><td>525</td></tr><tr><td>SC/ST</td><td>500</td></tr></tbody></table></div><div>&nbsp;</div>&lt;!-----&gt;</div></div></div><p>As you can see, the cutoff marks for MBBS in government colleges are much higher for general category students than for OBC and SC/ST students. However, even if you belong to a reserved category, it is still unlikely that you will be able to get a seat with 120 marks.</p><p>The reason for this is that the number of seats available for MBBS in government colleges is limited, and the number of students who appear for NEET is very large.
