I have 12500 rank in COMEDK. Should I wait for second round of counseling? I want IT in NIE-Mysore.

    Yes, with COMEDK, you should wait for second counseling. Because, in most of the case you will be able to upgrade your branch, as well as your college.

    Yes, you may wait for the 2nd counselling in second round. You may get higher chances, but I can't say about IT branch, because cutoff is high for IT and CS branch.
