I have 12th boards till 31 March. How to manage both JEE and boards and get a good percentile as in first attempt I got 93 %ile?

    If you can obtained 93 percentile in first session of JEE Main then this can be improve further up to 97-98 percentile in upcoming April session. Because JEE Main syllabus is very closed to 12th CBSE syllabus so there is no need to do anything extra. Just simply give your class 12th board exam because obtaining 75% aggregate in board exam is another barrier for admission in NITs, IITs and IIITs etc. So, give you class 12th board exam and maintained the pace for April JEE Main exam.
