I have 13,850 JEE Mains rank and I belong to SC category. Which colleges can I get for CSE branch?

First of all, Congratulations on your score! It is really good.
According to your CRL rank, you have chances of getting good NIT's, IIIT's . If you want to go for top NIT's, IIIT's you have to sacrifice from CSE branch.

Since you belong to the SC category you can get admission to top colleges in India like IITs and NITs. 13,850th rank is pretty good to get admission to any of your favorite colleges in India and that too you can get into the CSE branch itself.
