I have 13 backlogs in B.Com. I got 6.5 bands in IELTS (L-7, R-6, W-6 and S-6). Can I get Canada study visa for PG Diploma?

Ofcourse. Some colleges accept backlogs in Canada. As you got 6.5 in IELTS you can search on the website. But you do have a chance in Canadian colleges.

Unfortunately, chances are nil. You have to try in some other country like Australia or explore Europe. The number of backlogs and 3-year degree course won't be accepted.
