I have 139146 rank and 51.097 percentile in AP EAMCET. Can I get a seat in Vignan University for ECE or CSE?

Following previous year trend, your percentile is too low to get admission in Vignan University for CSE or ECE.

Last year closing rank was around 120000, so still you can try, it will depend of number of students applying for that stream of that college.
