I have 14 years of experience out of which 8 years of experience is as an IT consultant. Can I pursue MBA now as the market got saturated?

MBA is a very good option to change your career stream. If you can not do MBA full-time due to personal reasons , you may evaluate doing MBA by distance learning or EMBA. Based on your experience MBA in consulting management from BITS Pilani WILP can be an excellent option.
