I have 15 backlogs in Diploma, 7.15 CGPA & 6 bands in IELTS. Can I pursue engineering studies in Canada?

Hi Ramesh,
You can apply but admission chances with backlogs is slim. You will also put yourself at high risk of visa rejection. However, if you have a convincing SOP and LORs you may have a chance. Write to the universities before applying.
