I have 15 history of arrears but i cleared in the four years it self, now i wanna no is it effect my car rear in aerospace

i finished my B.E, in aerospace with 67 cgpa but i have 15 history of arrears so now iam planning to do my M.Sc in aerospace in germany for the January intake so pls kindly give me the information regarding this
