I have 153 marks in jee main and 90.08% marks in cbse board . which colleges i should prefer

Don't keep high hopes. Your board percentage drags your rank down. I think you might get Thapar or Dhirubai ambani (you have to fill their forms). You will get Jaypee quite easily.
