I have 153 marks in jee main and 90.08% marks in cbse board . which colleges i should prefer

Don't keep high hopes. Your board percentage drags your rank down. I think you might get Thapar or Dhirubai ambani (you have to fill their forms). You will get Jaypee quite easily.

U should visit the official website of certain colleges which provide better education and placement services to the students. Some of the best colleges are:-
1. Lovely professional University
2. VIT, Pune
3. Sona College of Technology

You should try for your home state nits and iiits also you can go for bits meshra.as you have not mentioned your comunity i hav understood u as general
