I have 1768 rank in UPSEE 2018. Can I get CS or IT at IET Lucknow?

My 12th aggregate is 87.2 and UPSEE general rank is 1768.

    Yes, you can get any branch in and top government college but there are less chance of getting IET Lucknow with CS and IT branches so you can try other top UPTU colleges also.
