I have 18782 OBC rank in JEE Mains 2022. Can I get CSE in NIT or IIIT?

In good NIT or IIIT there is less chance that you will get CSE but in average or below average NIT or IIIT, there is good chance of getting CSE, but there you will get less opportunity than good NIT or IIT. So it totally depends on you whether you want to go with good Branch or Good College. In good
