I have 2 backlogs in 5 sem(civilengg.). can I get admission in foreign universities?
I'm the 3rd year student of bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
all the other sems are cleared without any backlog & with 59%. I'm confident to clear that backlogs in 6th sem.
with all this can I get admission in master's degree in civil engineering from any foreign university?

If you can clear all exam till your degree completed then you can go for higher study in abroad

It would be better if you clear all your backlogs before you join higer studies. The institute may ask you to produce your certificates
