I have 2 marksheets, PCM from state board and biology from NIOS for NEET. Do I have to show both results or PCM only if I go for engg.?

I have done 12th with PCM from state board and biology from NIOS, so that I can give NEET exam but I want to know that if I go for engineering or any other field or any job which doesn't require biology, will I have to show biology marksheet or only PCM result?
