I have scored 55% in PCM & 65% total. JEE score is 45. Which B-tech stream would be good for me, CSE or ME. Secondly, which college would be better, Manav Rachna COE or PIET panipat

I can totally understand your dilemma in this case as I have been through the same.
Now, you need understand that there are two important things to consider while seeking admission.
(i) A branch of your choice but from a not so good institute = Not much value.
(ii) A not so demandin

THE BRANCH YOU CHOOSE MUST BE THE BRANCH YOU ARE INTERESTED .YOU SHOULD CHOOSE THE COLLEGE MUST BE A GOOD RANKED COLLEGE WITH GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE AND PLACEMENTS.
