Yes you are eligible to go for BBA. Though it would be a bit difficult for you to understand the subjects as you are from science background.

Any student who have completed +2 stage are eligible for admission to BBA. Therefore, you are eligible for admission to BBA. You may check detailed eligibility criteria for all targeted universities.
