    No,  

    You have to clear all your backlogs then after any college takes your admission. One thing you can do is go to college and by paying some amount seat can be locked after your Re-evaluation result you can submit your all detail as per requirement and submit the fee.

    NOTE:- Seat locking fee is Non-Refundable.
