Hi Mithun, its always be better to go for higher studies, that will give u a break as well as another degree that will benefit u in the future. MBA or M. Tech is the best option for u. Mithun, its always be good to do PG course as early as possible otherwise the opportunity cost( 2 yr salary + fees

if u wanna a take break then go for MBA...that boost yr Career.........
