Having an experience surely gives you some brownie points during the Campus recruitment process. Candidates with experience gets a better package than a fresher. The average package of people with experience is around 5.8-6.3 lakhs. Plus there are a lot of IT companies that visits our campus for the placements. All the best. -

You may get a advantage at the time of placement by Companies as you are experienced but placement condition will remain same. I would also like to suggest you to go for Executive Batch as you have 2 years of experience.
