I have 2 years of experience in TCS, mainly worked on informatica. Is M.Tech a better option? I have lecturing plans as well after M.Ttech.

Yes, it is a better option if you are interested in teaching field but keep one thing in mind, you have to complete your M.Tech from a prestigious college or institute.

In real world it matters a lot, suppose one student say I am from IIT and one say I am from NIT, It matters. Suppose one say I am from Himalayan Institute and one say I am from BBD It matters.
