I have 2 years of gap in between my studies because of my illness. Can I pursue MBA from Australia?

I have scored 56% in 12th and 66% in BA. In 2014 I was suffering from an allergy and from May 2015-July 2016, I was working with an MNC. In Nov. IELTS, I appeared for IELTS and scored 6 bands in it.

Yes, you can definitely pursue MBA from Australia, but you need to have a proper justification for the year gap. However, your profile looks good, the gap factor should not be a problem.
    All the best.
