I have 20 backlogs in engineering and have completed all of them in 2 attempts. Am I eligible of pursuing a Masters course in any country?

    You should have completed your degree in 4 years and you should not have any live backlogs.

    First of all, it will create problem for you if you have not completed your engineering in 4 years because , extension of degree duration is hard to justify Secondly you can opt for unconventional study destinations like Poland, Ukraine and other eastern european countries etc
