I have 20 history arrears in my Bachelors. Am I be eligible for studies abroad?

Hi Srinath,
Yes, you are eligible but getting into a top ranked University will be difficult.You should check universities in Spain, Norway , Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Cyprus, etc.

Yes, very solid work experience and high GRE score will help.
