5 years agoPercentile scores, basically, tells you how you have performed relative to all other candidates who appeared for the exam. It is not the same as your percentage score. While the percentage score tells you the percentage of the total marks or maximum marks for the exam that you have secured, the percentile score indicates what percentage of the total number of candidates appearing for the exam have scored EQUAL TO or LESS THAN the score you secured.
