I have 23 marks in JEE Mains. Which private college can I take admission in Delhi?

    It would be better, if you drop a year and improve your JEE marks by clearing your basic of PCM, else there is no point in having B.Tech degree. Moreover, clearing B.Tech will also be tough for you.
    So, better prepare for one year and select college according to your choice.
    I would suggest you to concentrate on IPU. As you are from Delhi, you will get extra quota or if you are nearby Delhi, then also there are high chance of getting good college only condition is that you need to clear your basics.
