You have scored a pretty good rank in SRMJEE. With this rank you can get any branch at any campus. Just your fee category will differ. It's upto your interest well, but I'll personally suggest that do go with the KTR campus.

Getting admission to the NCR campus with that rank should give you the option of joining any of the branch you like, keeping in mind the cut-offs of last year.
