I have 240332 CRL rank and 14582 rank in JEE Mains 2021. Can i get a placement in CSE in CSAB counselling?

Congratulations for your score, but it is tough to get admission. Placement in CSE in CSAB councelling is difficult as it is one of the top NITs, all the best though.
