I have 243100 rank in JEE Mains. Can I get any IIIT?

At this rank, unfortunately there's a rare chance you can get into an IIIT. However, you can either give JEE Mains again with a better preparation or check out other good colleges too. No, with this rank in JEE Mains, you are not eligible for the admission in IIIT colleges. You need to go for other options.

I am assuming that you belong to a general category, then with your rank it is not possible to get admission in any IIIT. Even if you belong to OBC then also you will not be eligible to get admission. You can also check out previous year cutoff of different IIITs on their respective websites.
