I have 29 backlogs in BE mechanical with 7.54 CGPA, 65% in 12th and 7.4 CGPA in 10th, will I get the visa for Canada?

This number of backlogs won't be accepted. Even if a college does accept, visa rejection rate is very high. You can try some other country, check UK, Netherlands, France, Australia etc.
